Our Partial Planning Package is an ideal option for couples who have already completed portions of their planning and require less assistance than what a Full-Service Planning Package offers. This package is designed to allow couples to take a hands-on role in their planning activities while receiving professional guidance along the way. Our Partial Wedding Planning package includes:

Pre-Wedding

  • Creating a wedding planning checklist

  • Regular Check-ins 

  • Venue site walk

  • Supplying any needed vendor recommendations

  • Vendor contract reviews

  • Designing a venue diagram

  • Constructing a detailed wedding day timeline

  • Confirming all details with the appropriate vendors prior to the wedding

  • Facilitating the ceremony rehearsal

Day of Wedding

  • Coordinating and assisting with the setup and breakdown of the ceremony and reception

  • Ensuring adherence to the wedding day timeline

  • Directing the ceremony processional

  • Setting up wedding accessories, such as guest books, place cards, and favors

  • Pinning boutonnières and ensuring that VIPs receive their flowers

  • Serving as the point of contact for all vendors

  • Assisting the family, wedding party, and guests as needed

  • Ensuring the bride and groom have pupus and drinks

  • Providing a stocked emergency kit

  • Managing any unforeseen issues that arise

  • Capturing pictures and videos of the wedding day for you
